Testing Anxiety

It is perfectly natural to feel minor tension before an exam. In fact, the small dose of adrenaline sharpens your awareness and keeps you alert. However, too much tension can hinder you studying for the exam, negatively impact your test performance and memory recall. Eliminating test anxiety can significantly raise your test scores.

Creating a positive learning and testing environment for many people is something that must be actively pursued. Studying in the room of the exam, confidence pep talks, and acknowledging that one test does not define you are merely a sample of ways you can relieve test anxiety.
